A different model is used here, and we see again it is a full body shot excluding the knees down. The lighting is much the opposite here, with a more white light being used and directed at the model, leaving the rest to be shadowed. In terms of mine en scene, a baseball bat is used as a prop to show the DJ lifestyle of being quite spontaneous and free, due to its random use.
This is a mid action shot, with the same details as the previous. this can be good for the website as it shows something a bit different rom usual statics, as the bat is in mid air it almost suggest again how the DJ has fun.
Looking at this, it is the first of a variety of shots taken through pipe type prop. This creates a rather col effect, almost acting like a filter. We se the models head and neck with some shoulder is visible meaning its a close up shot though taken further away through the prop. In terms of lighting, we see this dull black as the main visual, then a very powerful almost over contract yellow light is present on the model itself. This contrast makes a good looking effect, and the fact that the focus is set on the model makes the quality look crisp and clear. the facial expression here is rather serious.
This is much the same as the last, though the lighting is slightly better coordinated. Here we see the yellow light is placed on one side of his face, leaving the other to be shadowed. This is a very nice effect, and makes the shot look professional and good quality.
Moving to this shot, we se the face itself is much close so only the head fils the circle filter. Also, the facial expression here is more fun and jokey - relating to the DJ lifestyle of not taking photoshoots so seriously unlike other genres. Also, here we have chosen to put the focus on the filter and leave the face out of focus. This creates a nice effect and adds some diversity to the shots.
This is a very nice shot, incorporating an almost perfectly centred model with head to shoulders visible and well placed lighting. We see the neck has most of the light leaving the face to look warm. The face here is in focus and the facial expression is rather relax yet serious.
Here, the face is much close in to the filter and so almost fills the circle space. Also, here we have positioned the camera so there is less light reflected on to the inside of the filter, making it seem less obvious. The facial expression here is good, as it is direct eye contact though with a serious yet relaxed face. The lighting is also rather warm and some shadowing is on the left side with the light on the right.
this shot is again focused on the filter, and has the face filling most of the circle. The fact that not many colours are shown works well to bring out the blue in the eyes as a prominent colour.
Finally, this shot here is focused on the face with the head and part of the right shoulder visible. Again there blue in the eye is very visible creating a detailed and vibrant look. Also, the expression in this is important as it is almost serious and aggressive whilst being fun at the same time - good to represent the DJ.
This photo is much the same as the first, though with a smiling facial expression.
This is the unedited version of the first photo, which we see looks more harsh and unnecessary bits of floor and shadow are visible.
This shot is a full body and has the model in the centre with hands in pockets.
