Firstly, with this we see the main focus is how Theresa clearly is displaying a very strange and not very flattering face. Her expression is very shocked and scared, and so this could be implying she is scared of the future. Also by showing her like this it looks bad as somebody in her position should be shown as confident, so people trust her running the country, though instead by looking scared it makes her seem weak. This idea is backed up by the caption "How can we ever trust Mrs U-turn?". The caption is almost rhetorical speaking directly towards the reader, which puts ideas into the readers heads. Also by speaking about trusting her, it matches the photo of not being able to trust her running the country.

Now, upon looking at this cover by the sun we see this includes a very suiting pun as the caption, coupled with a rather creepy looking photo of her. In the photo she looks quite awkward and almost embarrassed, which again suggests her being rather weak and someone not suitable to run the country. Theresa Dismay is clearly suggesting she is bad, though this caption is accompanied also by three bullet points slating her and her government.
